Transaction Data: "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " collects, uses, and stores information about users' payment for its services and related transactions on its website, such as whether a user paid for "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " 's services, ("Transaction Data").

Counseling Session Data: "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " gathers, utilizes, and retains information about user counseling sessions such as whether the user has planned a live session, whether a Consultant or user joins a scheduled session, when a counseling session started and ended, and whether the counseling session was canceled or rescheduled.

Customer Data: "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED "gathers, utilizes, and retains information such as a user's self-reported name or nickname, age, e-mail address, phone number, and emergency contact information from users who have signed up for "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " 's services ("Customer Data").

Communications Data: Communication between users and our staff, especially consultants on the Platform, as well as communication between users and "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " "'s customer service staff, is collected, used, and stored by "NORTH MOUNTAIN LIMITED " ("Communications Data").

Private information such as member names, email addresses, phone numbers, diagnoses, session data, diary entries, messages, worksheets, or any other type of communication you have with your therapist is not shared with any advertising platform.
